Client noticed wet carpet in the hallway closet. The water was coming from the master shower. The grout in the shower had separated in some areas and was failing. The leak was located, multiple areas of failing grout were located and repaired. The entire shower was resealed and the drywall and carpeted area in the closet were repaired.
