Water leak from a window had caused damage to the flooring. Upon further investigation it was discovered there was significant previous termite damage. While there were no longer active termites the damage needed to be addressed. Several of the studs needed to be replaced. Due to it being an exterior structural wall it was done with much care and patience. The studs took longer than usual as they had to be removed one by one and then replaced in the same manner. The leaking windows were resealed, the wall reinsulated, drywalled, textured, and painted. The damaged floor pieces were removed and new ones cut to fit. There was an accent wall added at the end of the project. The last picture depicts the final result.
